Executive Director

Eleonora Hristova brings nearly a decade of experience in the senior living industry, specializing in CCRCs, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing facilities. She holds a master's degree in Gerontology and is a certified RCFE Administrator (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) in California, as well as a qualified Dementia practitioner. Throughout her career, Eleonora has had various management roles in luxury Orange County communities and has also served as an independent senior living consultant for retirement homes along the West Coast. Her dedication to enhancing the quality of life for seniors is evident in her extensive expertise and compassionate approach.

Bisa Mavri

Bisa Mavri brings over 20 years of invaluable experience in senior advisory and management across Europe. Her deep understanding of the industry in the United Kingdom, Holland, and Belgium offers a unique perspective on the U.S. senior market. With her expertise in marketing, customer service, outreach, and fundraising, she is dedicated to elevating the Green Village Movement to new heights.
